Often I stay up just coding ideas that I think of. This maybe a game, algorithm, or animation.
Denno Louis, born January 18th, 2001.
I graduated from Cranston High School East still unsure about what I wanted to do with my career. During my time in high school, my cousin, Mozart Louis, a software engineer and app developer, started teaching me C++. Unfortunately, he had to travel, leaving me without a laptop or means to continue learning on my own amidst school, work, sports, and playing piano at my church.
However, my passion for creation burned brightly within me. I loved composing music, devising short skits, and brainstorming ideas to solve problems. Determined to pursue my dreams, I saved enough money to purchase a laptop and decided to dive deeper into coding.
As I delved into the world of programming, I found myself captivated by the process. Nights flew by as I stayed up past 3:00 AM, immersed in lines of code. The ability to translate ideas into tangible digital creations fascinated me beyond measure.
I firmly believe that with Computer Science, we can usher in new technological innovations. Coding is not limited to a select few; it is a tool that empowers everyone. Artists can code programs that provide them with virtual canvases to paint on and save their work. Musicians can develop software to organize and create harmonious sounds. Even doctors can utilize programs to detect viruses and illnesses.
